You attend an exclusive wine-tasting session in an expensive, stylish restaurant, the tables laid with white tablecloths, designer cutlery and plates, expensive hand-blown wine glasses, and suddenly you notice in the midst of all this luxury that you are supposed to spit the wine into a cheap plastic container. How awful! But fortunately, those times are over.
